Return or Exchange
Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
A Return Authorization (RA) from Customer Care is required—do **not** ship items to the manufacturer.
Shipping
You may return or exchange any item within **30 days** of purchase.
EligibilityShipping
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return-shipping cost will be deducted from the credit issued if we provided the shipping label.
Process- Request an RA and follow the provided shipping instructions.

- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
